We are certain you’ll enjoy using your Mind’s Eye goods as much as we enjoy creating them, but nobody is perfect! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Tell us what went wrong and we will do our very best to make it right!  We can replace the product that you have ordered or we will provide you with store credit.

We are unable to accept returns of opened products.

If for any reason you find it necessary to change or cancel an order, please email us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that we may be unable able to make your adjustments.
